I love this shampoo!
This shampoo (and conditioner) make my hair so soft despite living in an area with hard water! I’ve tried SO many shampoos and conditioners. I didn’t expect this one to work either but I was pleasantly surprised! This one works! It’s also works well with my fine hair and smells yummy!

Great leave in conditioner
I’m 71 and have long hair that I don’t color. I’m blessed to have little to no grey hair. This keeps my dark brown hair in great condition, makes it really shiny and I get compliments on my hair all the time. The leave in conditioner is not greasy or heavy and I use a bit on my dry hair to tame the few wild stray grey hairs I do have. The fragrance is really nice too cherry and almonds. I’ve used this leave in conditioner for at least 4 years after every shampoo after it was used once on my hair in a salon.

Not bad, but……
This product was not cheap for the size bottle, small in my opinion. The fragrance was a disappointment, not much at all. This product did make my hair soft though and a large amount is not needed. My hair is long, thick and naturally curly.

Too much conditioning for me, but smells nice and is reasonably priced.
I wanted a little something to put in my hair to add shine and swing. I wash with a clarifying shampoo usually and use a light conditioner after, as my hair is not dry nor curly. That routine works for me, but I just wanted to amp it up a little more.After getting out of the shower and letting my hair get air dried a little bit, I added this to my damp hair and tried to not use very much, but it left my hair over-conditioned and dull. I tried again at other times, but couldn't get it to work.It smells great, of course, like most Aveda products, but it was too much for my hair. I will be gifting it to my daughter whose hair is color-treated and dry. Maybe it will work better for her.
