This book is not a stand alone book, and is the third in a series.
Rep Range is a great book, but some reviews here say it is impractical because there is no explanation on how to do the exercises. This is because it is the 3rd book in a series, and you are supposed to have already done the first 2 books before you go through this one. The first 2 books have all of the theory of Marlon Birch's methods, and also descriptions of how to do the exercises. The system works great, but do Power Pump, then Muscle Up, and then Rep Range. I have increased my size and strength greatly with these books, and now I am going through again, but using the basics of the workouts, but making them harder with personal changes. Great results.

EFFECTIVE!
Finally received my order today. Excellent program! Very impressed with the graduated, SMART increase in challenges. I used a Bullworker thirty years ago as part of a rehab from a broken back and ruptured intestines. It is a marvelous device for rehab and reasonable, REAL strength gains; I stayed in the Marine Corps infantry for 18 more years with the improvements I received from this device. At 60, and a lot more Marine injuries, I am looking forward to using Marlon Birch's approach and program!

Absolutely impractical
There are a variety of exercise photos..though no description on how to exercise that bodypart.Routines are impractical for a normal user BUT if you like training either 6 or 7 days a week..this is the book for you.But when do you take a recovery day? Impractical routines along with amount of sets, amount of reps....hold times..etc.Definitely not for a normal user.Also with the large print, page layout and having just around 100 pages, it was not worth the purchase price.
