I didn't think this would make much a difference for my skin tone. I was wrong. I barely have any discoloration in my under eye area but when I put this around my eyes - my whole face looks brighter! It helps with tired and discolored eyes. It's got a slightly refreshing, tingly feeling upon application. It's smooth and absorbed quickly. No scent. My eyes stay hydrated. It leaves my face a bit sparkly but in an elegant way.

This is the Holy Grail of under eye highlighting!! The texture is so incredibly smooth and it gives such a natural and subtle glow… I’m so so impressed by this one!! Tried it and it does have a cooling effect. Slight shimmer but so far I don’t see it helping with dark circles. It seems to be slightly hydrating.
