You Definitely feel the charcoal
Which is great bc its not a bs product, it doesnt quite fit my aquasonic black series pro so i no lie have to wrestle it off. But aside from that its great, and makes for a great work out after the brushing!

Seems to do what it advertises
I was skeptical about the charcoal brush heads but after a couple of weeks my teeth have gotten whiter according to my girlfriend. I also like the fact the brush heads are larger than the ones that come with the tooth brush originally so they cover a larger area.

Great!
Very firm but not super abrasive. A little larger than the standard brushes but I got used to it in a couple of days. Will definitely buy again.
