If your not familiar with G10 its roughly 10% heavier than carbon fiber and as strong as 6061 aluminum. But much more resistant to wear and tear. Simply put its one of most durable material for handgun grips and the only one that can provide this look. The cross hatch texture provides a medium texture and is cut slightly smoother compared to my 1911 grips. The fit and finish are exceptional (very noticeable on the front strap compared to other grip makers).
