The vitamins are great and for sure you can few the difference in comparison to other vitamins, there’s nothing I can knock it down for other than the price. At nearly £1 a serving you have to weigh up whether you want to pay for the best of the best or settle for just good multivitamins at less than half the price, if you can afford it then it is definitely a buy !

I’ve been using these for about 6 months now and recently had my bloodwork done. I was optimal in every area and I credit that to these. The dosages are much higher than other U.K. vitamins but that isn’t a bad thing (read into RDA’s and why they’re often so low). The price point of these is higher than most but I think it’s worth it.

From what i've researched Thorne are just about the most respected supplement company around, using the preferred versions of vitamins for absorption so felt better paying a little extra for these vits which have been well reviewed on trustworthy sites. Personally i only use 1 pill a day since the doses are quite high which means they actually work out good value.

Great quality product and one approved by Mayo Clinic. I thought these were good basics until I noticed that you could peel back the label and there was a great list of additional items. So its much more than a basic and contains all the support I need as a 70+ year old man.There are impressive write ups of the factory and the quality of Thorn products. I find that one capsule meets all my needs so that makes them a very good buy.

Good methylated b vits and other nutrients without many of the fillers too that many capsules have. Sometimes this really helps my energy, but mostly it's just working in the background I feel to help me methylate better and get some additional nutrients in good quality forms.

Seems decent. Very well specc'd vitamin with natural ingredient in a twice a day regime that's not too hard to follow. Can't say that my health is massively better but perhaps my diet is quite decent already.Do note that the excess riboflavin will colour your urine yellow, makes it a bit difficult to judge your hydration levels for those athletes out there.
