While this is a very well made tool, it's power is very weak. After letting the tool charge to 100%, I was not pleased with the lack of power that it put out. This tool would be much better if it had more power.I was recently sent a replacement tool and I must admit the customer service is excellent. And the tool works great. This tool has the power that I need and plenty of bits to interchange. Thank you very much for the very quick response from customer service. I truly recommend this tool and merchant!

These is a set meant for electronics and other small, low-torque applications. I've been using it for my kids toys that he wants to take apart and put together with great frequency. This is saving me a bit of repetitive strain.It's not going to break free stuck fasteners, nor is it going to drive fasteners into hared materials, but assembly and disassembly it does very well.

I really like this one since it has both screwdriver bits and drill bits. The power is good and the case is compact.

Excellent for low power and/or screw operations. Great assortment smaller drill bits and screw heads. Very effective packaging and easy to charge. My only complaint was that the product use manual font was way to small to read without a magnifying glass! And changing out bits and screws take a wee bit of time and effort. But all in all very handy to have around.

I like that it is very compact and can easily be put in your purse or pocket.Also can be kepted in the car for when you need a small tool or drill.

Quality is decent but still rough a bit around the edges in quality. To be very honest, unless its a US product when it comes to tools, I usually stay away. It does work, so no complaints there, but I switched it out for something else.
