can it be this be mixed with paint

I’ve bought this for my mint ivory honed sand stone I haven’t used it yet but my walls will be finished with black slate will this enhance the black ?

Thanks After using the sand it had left my stones looking dull and white. Will putting the sealer on brighten them up again?
