Yes and no, it works well on the bikini line as long as hair follicles are dark, I've noticed as it says on description that it won't work as well on darker skin, so it's best used in conjunction with other hair removal methods occasionally to make results last longer, its definitely not going to mean zero hair growth unfortunately.

Q: Can I use a cooling gel or numbing cream with this?

I wouldn’t recommend it as it may effect the efficiency of the product. I was apprehensive of the pain but it doesn’t hurt at all on the legs and it feels like a slight pinch in the armpit and bikini area.

Q: I have fair skin and light brown/dark blond hair will it work on this type of hair?

I'm not sure how effective it is if there's not much contrast between your skin tone and your hair tone, but you would be best asking the manufacturers directly.
