Product description Review: Great product - I bought this product with no reviews to check so I took a chance. I have small ankles so wanted something that was very adjustable but sturdy since I weigh 200lbs. This boot was the perfect choice. The price was the best I could find. It is very comfortable once you get used to it. They don't have any hard edges to dig into your skin or pinch. Nothing to put together or assemble, just open and strap on. I already had a bar so all I needed was a good pair of boots. These are awesome. They hold my weight with no slippage. They are light weight and easy on and off since they open completely. I would highly recommend this boot if you have a bar and are looking for strength and comfort. Finally some one makes something that is affordable and reliable. I will say I have not tried other boots but I have done years of roller blading and snowboarding the binding systems have limits and from what I read can hurt. Plus why spend twice the money. Review: First day of use and the fabric tore - The first thing you need to know is that, even with socks and shoes, these particular boots hurt like hell. The strap digs in to the front of your leg, just above your foot. HARD. Secondly, due to a single strap, they slip easily. After trying to get my leg down, the hook became caught and after getting my leg down, I now have bruises on the back of my right leg. I'm telling you: save your money and buy a more expensive pair. There's a blue set on here somewhere for $100. I can almost guarantee they're a lot better than these. This is by far the worst purchase I've ever made on desertcart.

Good but I wouldn't test the limits of them
I bought these because I used to have an inversion table but it took up too much space. So, these seem like a good alternative seeing that I have a pull-up bar already. The Goliath gravity boots do the job and does what I wanted them to do. Fit is better to have smaller ankles because then there is a more secure fit. Quality seems fine. As far as comfort, they are fine but by no means super comfy. No inversion boots or inversion tables are gonna be ultra comfortable because you have all your weight on two straps around your ankles. Though they feel sturdy, I wouldn't be testing the weight limits. I am 150 lbs and they secure but never I can I feel too secure about webbing and velcro but not a lot of options in inversion gravity boots. A few tips if you get these. I underestimated how hard it would be to get ankles on/off the bar. Definitely not easy and I am pretty fit. So, if using it alone it is highly recommended to have some rope, straps or webbing tied to the bar for both arms to pull yourself up to the bar after hanging or doing inverted sit-ups. It makes it that much easier to get on/off the bar. I could see people getting stuck upside down using it for the first time. You should be pretty strong and fit. It is better to get an inversion table if you aren't the most athletic. Use a permanently bolted pull-up bar with them because you are hanging upside down. Make sure you loop the webbing between both loops because that is the main method of securing. They are good not great and do the job. They take up less space than an inversion table which is worth it.

Good Working Cheap Boots
These boots are great for a couple reasons: 1. They are fairly comfortable (I wear them with thick socks) 2. They are very adjustable. I read the comment about the user having small ankles and these still worked so I ordered these. What he said is true, these work great for me and my small ankles. What the one heavy reviewer said about them not being secure was a mistake, he was securing the strap incorrectly as he later figured out. I am not a big guy, but I feel very secure in these boots. Also they shipped and arrived quickly, way to go Amazon.

top of my feet hurt and blood circulation cut off!
it was a toss-up between this one and the teeter hangup boots. These got my vote for the limited good reviews and importantly pricing. Why these gravity boots cost so much for something that could be made for less than 30? low competing products. I'm too lazy to DIY, so i got this one since it was cheaper and the reviews wern't so bad. Out of the box, you need to do some custom work (extra padding) because they hurt the top of my foot when im hanging upside down. even when i wrap a towel around my foot and with shoes on. i'll have to try boots. Pointing my foot upwards doesnt lessen the pressure on the top of my foot either. i'm giving two stars because i cant hang for more than a minute. Not sure how the teeter hang up boots work with the calf support bar. but even for $100, not sure if that would be worth it..if any of you have suggestions for making it less painful to use, please comment. Once i find a way to make it more comfortable/tolerable to use the rating will go up..

Very good, can be improved, wrong direction on the photos
These boots are very light, perfect for traveling. From my experience so far it is much better to use them in reverse order with the hooks in the front of your feet or you have more support . They will not fit large calves since they are pretty tight on my skinny ankles. I used 2 foam pads cut out from yoga mat since Velcro will cut in your leg while hanging . After reversing them to the front and using the foam pads they work very well and 160 pounds person they are fine. It looks like they are wearing down and it hooks may tore the fabric eventually the fabric eventually but overall it is the lightest design I've seen and perfect for traveling. Make sure you get the rope with knots so you can pull yourself up from the lowest position .

Solution
These boots greatly improved the structure and quality of my delicate and fragile spine in the most natural way (gravity). The only other way I could have possibly decompressed my spine was to continue seeing my chiropractor more often than I can afford. It is important to use the muscles in your feet to hold your body up. It is important to not just hang limp as these boots are not intended for that. I only hang 2 - 4 reps at 1 - 2 minutes each depending on how I feel. My boots have also corrected my neck which was compressed from sleeping roughly. They are very convenient as well. I love my boots and I could not go without them.

I was disappointed in the boots because they are too small
I was disappointed in the boots because they are too small, difficult to put on, and hurt my legs, and ankles. i only weight 175, and I'm 5' 11", have relatively thin legs. I tossed them in the trash, and bought the the $100.00 pair of boots you sell. They are great.

Torn fabric before first use
The outer material is not well constructed - before i'd even used them, i noticed that the fabric was torn where the hook joins the ankle strap. I assume that its still usable, but a flaw like that doesn't inspire trust in the product.

OK product depending on your age and size
If you are heavy or not that young, you could remain suspended head down for a while (like a bat). This happened to me to no fault of the product. Make sure you use it when there is someone in your home or at least keep your cellular within reach.
