In Shell Brazil Nuts (1Lb)

FINALLY. Fresh Brazil nuts. I've purchased so many different brands, mostly shelled. Even though it's a bit of work to get these guys out, it is SO WORTH the effort. Most of these nuts are fresh and sweet (with the occasional sub-par, but you can't really avoid that). I would say 90% are a 5 out of 5, the remaining are about a 4 of 5. Not bad stats in my opinion. We are putting these on Subscribe and Save. Brazil nuts are a fabulous source of selenium! Just 2-3 nuts per MONTH gives you what you need.

They are good nuts and if you have thyroid problems like it do they help regulate the thyroid

Fresher Brazil nuts than the other ones that I purchased from another sellers like nuts.com. I would give 4 points out of 5. Approx 95% are fresh.

I thought this would be a great way to get selenium into my diet. One or two nuts equals your daily allowance of selenium. Cracking the nuts with a nutcracker makes it fun, and you have to do some work to get the reward. It reminds me of when I was a kid during the holidays; there was always a bowl of nuts to crack. This is a 1lb bag minus about ten or so. The nuts are fresh and taste good.
