Broken after 6 months
I have been using this for a little over 6 months now but recently it has stopped working completely. I loved this at the beginning because it is compact and super convenient for me to carry it around. It doesn't charge very fast and only charges my iPhone 8 plus for one round but that's been good enough for me. A couple months ago it started having problems while being charged. It would stop by itself and I had too plug it in again for it to be fully charged. This was a bit annoying. Now I can't even turn it on, which means it is completely useless. It's not too expensive, but I do expect more than 6 month of usage. Would look for a new product next time.

Love this charger
Lightweight and slim enough for any purse, but I manage to get three full charges out of it. Love the tucked away wire and even bought it for a co-worker who loves it as well. Came back to the site to find it's out of stock. I will look for it elsewhere. I have dozens of these batteries and this is the only one I actually use.

This is a great little backup battery for my iPhone for everyday carry. The only issue I have had was the microUSB to Lightning adapter failed within a few months of buying it, thus making it useless, but the company's customer service was fantastic and replaced it quickly, so now working again.

best charger!!!! I bought the 2500mah charger 2 weeks ago and was so impressed by it. So this time I bought the 5000mah one.I would love to recommend this item to all of my friends.

Didn't hold a charge
Bought 2 and neither worked. Tried charging it and when I went to use it it never worked. Great idea but did not come close to expectations.

Broke down immediately
After one day of use, it stopped working properly. Will only work if you hold the cord at an angle. If you let gom it loses connection. Poor construction.
