Too tight around the calf
I'm a diabetic and I have circulation issues in my feet. I look for socks that are fairly loose fitting around the top so they don't dig into my calf and inhibit circulation. These were billed as having a larger calf area, so I tried them out. No-go, too tight around the calf for me, and I don't have abnormally large calves or anything either. The foot area looked to be nice and roomy, but the calves were definitely way too tight, and didn't have much give. So back they go! (Amazon was awesomely easy with the return, by the way.

Excellent moisture control as well as fit.
I'm 6ft 2in and weigh 180 lbs so I have skinny legs compared to most people. I also wear work boots for my job, with shifts that last up to 14 hours.Fit: As stated above I have thinner legs then most. They have a snug fit to them and when pulled up don't extend past the top of my boot. I could see if someone had thicker legs they might be too tight of a fit for them.Moisture Control: At the end of the day I noticed a distinct difference how moist my feet felt. They were not completely dry but felt much better then with a normal pair of socks.

Way too large
Socks seem to be made well enough, but they are significantly too large. I wear a size 12 shoe, and these are advertised as size 6-12. They were about a size or two too large for me, so I can only imagine what it would be like if you had smaller feet trying to wear these. I returned them.

Loose around the feet
I also have Dickies' black work socks. Both the white and black are well made and will probably hold up a fairly long time. However, the socks are very loose on the feet and are constantly sagging down and bunching up. If you pull them up and tie your shoes or boots tightly, they are okay. If you have loose shoes, slippers, etc., they will slip down and bunch up making these very uncomfortable.

Great socks
Fast delivery and the socks are just as described. They feel very soft and have enough elasticity to be comfortable but not fall down.

Odor control has been excellent. Also I have had problems wearing the heel ...
I wear tac boots as part of my uniform for my job and I was looking for socks that helped with moisture control inside those boots. These socks have worked well. Odor control has been excellent. Also I have had problems wearing the heel out of regular dress socks too quickly and these Dickies socks are holding up well. My opinion is that these are good socks for hunters or anybody who has to wear heavy boots at work or out in the elements.

awesome socks for work boots, as others said, the materials used are more poly then cotton; which for work boots is what you want anyway...cotton just soaks up the sweat, these help your feet breathe....good deal on great socks...
