very unsatisfied waste of money I think it was dried out and empty when I got it also b/c i only used it 4 times and it was done

Product did nothing and the pump on the AM side was broken so I am left with half the product stuck inside the AM side of the dispenser. For how much this cost what a WASTE.

One side did not work, then the push button fell off and the worst problem was it did absolutely nothing!!!!!!

I really enjoy this product and plan to buy it again. I love that it has two separate products. One for am and one to apply in the pm. The am wakes up my lips. I can feel the tingling as it plumps my lips ever so slightly. The pm is soothing and has improved the softness of my lips. I would suggest purchasing this product. I have read reviews about the actual container being an issue; however, I have not experienced any problems with it.

I love this product. makes my lips feel really good.

I like the serum itself, however have bought this twice now and both times the am side doesn’t work and the pm side only half works so I have to cut it open to get to the product very disappointed in this for how much it costs.

I bought and returned 4 tubes from Sephora because none would dispense. I bought 1 from Amazon, and it dispenses as it should!
