Do not buy this for your partner you will regret it, the noise it makes while they chew it chewed my brain out. But it’s a good product for personal use, it does work out the muscles quite well.

After training my jaw for 40 minutes, the trainer was pretty much destroyed. Had holes in it all over.Not sure if the material is too weak, or my teeth are too sharp/jaw is too strong.If you use a night guard and destroy that as well (I do), then this won't last you long, sadly.

Good but tastes bad

I knew how this was supposed to be used but it kept collecting water in your mouth although using your front teeth to bite down on... yuck!👀
