I'm giving one star as I followed directions exactly and I didn't notice any changes, I was really worried about taking it and being at work but I didn't have to worry because nothing changed, I wouldn't buy it again.

Just finished the three day Expira Cleanse. It definately works! I know this may be TMI, so I'll try to word it pretty...lol... but in one day I lost 2 pounds of "excess" buildup in my colon. You do usually need to go within an hour of waking up and a couple of times throughout the day. I didn't experience cramping at all until it was time to go and then , it wasn't too bad. I felt fine immediately after using the bathroom. Overall, I feel better knowing my system has begun to be cleaned out.
