The earloop design allows you to slip on and remove mask quickly and easily. The 3M Earloop Procedure Face Mask has unique bi-directional pleats for increased breathing comfort. The 3M Earloop Procedure Face is rated at 99% BFE (Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE) determined by the modified Greene and Vesley test method) and at >91% PFE (Particle Challenge Study - measures filter efficiency only against mass median aerodynamic diameter particle. Mask tests were conducted by an independent laboratory following a 3M internal protocol and using a 0.2 micron latex sphere at a flow rate of 28.3 liters per minute).
