This book is super helpful for understanding trigger points, trigger point therapy, and how you can take a part in your own therapy treatment! The first part introduces you to how trigger points develop, and how this specific therapy can help your body. The second part is all about helping you figure out what tools you need, as well as helping you find your own trigger points! The third part helps you locate your pain, and treat the most common pain areas. Then the book finishes off with part four where you can learn what recovery and future prevention look like. It's super informative and will be a great tool for anyone interested in trigger point therapy.
