Questa gomitiera si è rivelata un accessorio davvero utile per chi pratica sport con racchetta. Giocando spesso a tennis e padel, mi capita di avere fastidi al gomito dopo partite lunghe, e devo dire che con questo supporto mi sono trovato molto bene. La compressione è ben bilanciata e aiuta a stabilizzare l’articolazione senza limitare i movimenti. Durante il gioco si sente subito un buon sostegno, che permette di ridurre lo stress su tendini e muscoli, soprattutto nei colpi più intensi. Molto efficace anche il sistema con doppi cuscinetti in silicone, che applicano una pressione mirata nelle zone più sollecitate. Questo aiuta ad attutire le vibrazioni e a diminuire il fastidio che normalmente avverto dopo sessioni di gioco particolarmente lunghe. Un altro punto positivo è la fascia regolabile, che permette di adattare facilmente la compressione in base alle proprie esigenze. Inoltre il tutore rimane ben fermo grazie alle strisce antiscivolo, quindi non bisogna continuare a sistemarlo durante l’attività. Il tessuto è leggero e traspirante, caratteristica importante quando si utilizza per sport: anche dopo molto tempo non crea fastidio e la pelle rimane abbastanza asciutta.

La banda de sujeción es lo que más me ha ayudado: permite ajustar la presión justo en el punto donde más lo necesito, y eso reduce bastante la sensación de tirantez. No es que el dolor desaparezca por completo, pero sí noto que puedo hacer mis actividades con mucha más comodidad y sin estar pendiente del codo todo el rato. Para el precio que tienen, me parecen una compra muy buena.

This is a pretty good elbow brace. This is my second arm / elbow brace. The first one I bought was around the same price but was definitely shorter. It also had less padding on the inside. I’m not sure how these work. I’m not going to say after wearing one of these for a couple days your arm will be as good as new. This arm band / brace is an aid that will definitely help relieve some of the pain over time. The most important thing you can do to relieve the pain is to stop doing whatever chronic activity caused it. For me it is driving. It’s habit for me to grip the steering wheel tightly. Unfortunately for me sometimes I have to drive far for work. I put on the arm brace to help remind me to use my other arm. This arm brace is made of good material for the money ($16). The pads on the inside are pretty large which helps put pressure on the part of your arm that will help relieve pain. The arm brace is slightly small. I am around 6’, 185lbs, I bought the Large brace. The brace is a little tight so I could have gone with the XL brace. The thing is I think it’s supposed to be tight. The arm brace looks pretty good while wearing it. It feels like it will keep its elasticity and stay clean looking. Im going to include a picture of my old brace. I think you can see the difference in size. I really think this AGPTEK brand will work better between the two. Tennis elbow is the worst, I hope you get the pain relief you deserve.
