Mercedes Sprinter Van (2010- Present) OE Fit Camera

Arrived quickly. Installed easy with perfect fit to a 2016 Sprinter. Had to pop the LED's from the stock brake light and install into the new one. Easy to do with a small flat head screw driver.Somebody on youtube has a video covering his install as well. Super easy.Mine has been solid for 4 months now with no issues. Able to see 25+ feet behind me from the hitch out across the road. I leave it on all the time too so I can monitor cars behind me.

Works good but directions are very vague

Easy to install. You tube videos are helpful. Looks and works geat. One issue with my break light, it works with the light switch is on but when the light switch is off no break light. Any ideas?

Arrived with no instructions. The phone number is not working, and the email address does not work. I just bought a new 4-wheel drive Sprinter and need the camera. None of the connections mate with the factory connections for taillights or the factory wiring harness.Did they go out of business?With no instructions, didn't notice at first that there are no lights in the CHMSL. Unfortunately cut off the factory connector just to have tosplice it back on with solder and heatshrink when I realized that you have to disassemble the original CHMSL and take the LEDs outand install them in the new one. I should have paid more attention. Even the manufacturer's web page doesn't have a PDF of Sprinterinstallation instructions. That would be nice. What kind of company does nothing to help the customer install as system?

Couldn't live without it now! Great item and very clear image

Unit arrived on time. All was looking good. The camera fits my 2011 Sprinter very well. That would be it as far as good things. The camera is defective. Some wire inside has bad connection and screen goes on and off or is just blinking, depends on the road condition. Must buy another one and send this one to a seller. What a waste of my time. Note to seller. Show more pictures to get potential customer more informed. Show close up picture of connectors. You now what to do. Another disappointment is that there are no replacement process available for this camera. Only return. My fault here I trusted Amazon as usually. My mistake.I might change my rating if second unit will work as intended.

This is a good and not overly expensive solution to getting a backup camera into a 2013 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. The image quality is not fantastic, but does the job. Thus the 4 stars.

Perfect fit, clear image, solid nightime performance. This camera fits perfect and is so much better than the camera that came on my Sprinter. There are three notched settings to set the vertical angle and I set it on its highest angle. With this setting it looks just down the doors and also at the traffic behind. I am going to split the signal and use it as a rear view mirror. I do not know if the headlights of the vehicles behind will be a problem.
