Great vitamin C
This is a great source of Vitamin C. I have trouble breaking down and absorbing things and this is a liquid so that is not a is issue anymore. Taste is different but you get used to not bad just different.

Not a baby but...
I'm into Mary Ruth (I'm all about her branding, and so into her look she's gifting us all on in the About Mary section) and this product is no different.Since my gastrointestinal issues commenced post-covid, I've worried about the efficacy of supplements, given the state of my war-torn innards. Nary a day goes by when my stomach isn't loudly crying and malfunctioning, so sometime last year, I made the decision to purchase as many liposomal and liquid formulas as possible. They are less convenient but more effective if you're unsure of what exactly is occurring in your intestines. (Since my body began to fail in 2020, I've been on a lot of supplements.)Anyway, Mary Ruth has a great range of liposomal and liquid offerings, and this Vitamin C is no different.I particularly like this formula because it meets all my needs. It's a tasty tincture and it's an adjustable/customizable low-dose formula. It keeps inflammation at bay and provides a slight glow to my skin. It is not the most economical vitamin c, but that's on me, because I am apparently an outlier for not wanting to supplement massive amounts when I choose to supplement. So, I am willing to pay more, since this being a low dose liquid makes this a niche product. (It is not expensive, but if you were doing price check, you could in theory get higher dose and larger quantity at comparable quality for same or lower price.)I will repurchase. Thank you, Mary!

Tastes sweet and bearable. A great vitamin to have daily. Vitamin C is immune boosting, manages blood pressure, and promotes health skin.
