Add milk to this egg protein shake and now you have one of the best muscle growing shakes with natural aminos! Taste is a malt egg taste and mixes and dissolves easy. Doesn't upset my stomach and very clean; with low calorie content I look jacked like Hugh Jackman! All I'm missing is some adamantium claws and yellow tights!

Decent protein boost!
My favorite egg white protein is MRM, but for the price difference, this one is definitely a good alternative. The taste isn’t as good as MRM but I mix it in smoothies with a bunch of other stuff anyway. To be clear, it tastes good, just not *as* good as the other brand. It’s a good price, tastes decent, and blends into smoothies or even iced coffee (made in the blender) really well.

Works well in smoothies
We prefer the vanilla flavor, but the chocolate flavor works okay with almond milk, peanut butter, and frozen bananas for a richer, more decadent smoothie. I use a stick blender to get the best results.I find it foams easily in water or plant-based milk, doesn't dissolve completely, and leaves slimy clumps when I just shake it or mix it with a spoon.

Tastes fine, but takes a little getting used to.
I've been using this powder for over a year. I switched to egg white from whey because I was having a lot of digestive issues with whey. At first I was worried that the taste was going to be nasty from reading all the reviews here, but I gave it a shot. While there is a definite taste difference from whey, it's not really all that bad, at least to me. The vanilla flavor mixed solely with water produces a sort of meringue type of flavor and feel, not really unpleasant. I got used to it within about a week. Mixing it in with fruit smoothies is great, it adds a vanilla flavor and is not gritty or clumpy. However, adding it to milk and stirring with a spoon or fork makes it clump up like crazy, and it becomes very difficult to drink. I found that putting it into a blender and properly blending it makes it mix with milk much easier. It does create a froth when you let it sit after blending, but a quick swirl around dissolves it back into liquid.I'm very pleased with this protein powder and will continue to buy. As always, flavor is subjective. I'm fine with it, you may not be.

Quality never waivers!
The flavor of chocolate and vanilla is OUTSTANDING- I love using vanilla to make flour free treats and desserts. Blend ability is excellent in multiple settings, taste is just right for shakes, chia puddings, pumpkin bread or blueberry muffins. When making shakes, same thing- no big or little chucks, just smooth and satisfying. Perfect amount of protein, low on everything you don't want in your protein. NOW brand has only gotten better and better as a company (been a customer since 2003) when I started buying their brand.

It's Awful
I mixed serving size with almond milk and drank after my workout it was salty tasting and about 30 minutes later I had severe nausea, then vomited, and I had the nausea for the rest of the day, I had leave work early. I would not recommend this product

Eggactly what I was looking for and a great price.
If you want something without all those preservatives and chemicals that have names you can't pronounce, and a protein powder that is gluten, dairy, and sugar free then look no further. It's made with stevia, and I couldn't believe 1 scoop was only 100 calories. I wouldn't classify this as a complete meal replacement since it's pretty much egg whites, but it is very filling. It does tend to clump, but I think that depends on what you mix with it. Firstly we are talking about eggs here and egg whites are quite gooey out of the shell. So would they not naturally have a harder time mixing than other powders? Secondly the reason it has a harder time mixing completely is because it doesn't have all those added chemicals which keeps a powder like this from separating. Personally this powder taste so great that the clumps are no big deal, and I would rather keep the extra chemicals found in our food now a days to a limit. I haven't tried mixing with juice, but the best method I've found is with almond milk and a fork. Guess what almond milk has in it? Yep those chemicals I was telling you about that help keep the almond milk from separating out so it tends to help more rather than regular milk.

Tastes good, mixes poorly
The title really sums it up. If you don't mix it very, very thoroughly it doesn't mix well at all and you end up with globs. Yuck for texture. It works well in smoothies. If you're adding it to a recipe, I strongly suggest mixing it up very well with other wet ingredients before adding it to the dry to avoid globs. And don't just add it to oatmeal or mixed fruit like I tried to do thinking I could just stir it up and it would melt. It didn't - I just had vanilla-flavored protein globs. Not very appetizing. The taste is good though and it has good nutritionals. So if you want something to mix in with smoothies in your blender, this is good for that.
